I am seriously in shock that this little guy is already 1 year old! I have had the pleasure of watching him grow, day by day over the last 365 days. He is the third and youngest son of one of my best friends and favorite people, so I was able to literally see him everyday. Look how much he’s grown since his newborn pictures!

He was such a tiny little guy and now he’s all pudge… the best kind of baby fat EVER! He’s not just adorable either, he’s such a sweet baby boy, even though we know he’ll grow up to be rotten just like his two older brothers 😉

This session was extra special to me because we did it in my empty house on the last day I lived in Maryland. I must say, my sunroom makes an excellent studio space when completely empty 🙂

Although I loved photographing Avery for his first birthday, it was bittersweet knowing this was the last time I’d be able to see him for 2 months… and there were definitely some major tears shed when we had to say our goodbyes. Avery and his family will always be part of my family! And even though I am sad to move to South Carolina as I say goodbye to all my friends and family, these images will always make me smile!
