What fun it was to spend the morning with another one of my first few newborn sessions, a year later. Here is Owen from his newborn session newborn and one year photos side by side… he’s so grown up now!

For this session, mom wanted to get photos of both Owen and his older sister Lucy. We had fun paying in their backyard and it was a fantastic setting for their images. One year old’s are so much fun to photograph because they are cute all on their own, no prompting necessary. The most challenging part of the session was to get Owen to stop eating the grass! What is it with kids and eating grass, mulch, dirt, etc?! And the lovely Miss Lucy is gorgeous with those captivating eyes and her silly personality. She even drew me a picture to take home after the session, I love it! They both are the cutest, sweeties kids and their blue eyes are to die for! I loved spending time with this wonderful family again and I look forward to watching them how over the years.
