“Third time’s a charm!” That’s the saying and if you’re lucky enough, it rings true. It sure did for this family. After two girls, they had an adorable baby boy and they couldn’t be more pleased. I was pleased to have the chance to take some photos of my friend’s new little man.

I was very excited for this session because I had my husband come along to shoot a behind the scenes video to put up on my site for prospective clients. These were friends of mine so I thought this session would be the perfect opportunity. I wanted parents to understand that everything you see in the photos is created by me, from the floor to the walls to the accessories. I thought this would be a great idea… until my daughter came along too. What a nightmare! Have you ever had to take photos standing on one foot as you hold your other leg to to block the almost 2 year old from entering the scene.. I have! Or what about when all they want is mommy and are crying hysterically because daddy is just not the same… I have! needless to say, they had to leave so I could do my job and maybe we can salvage some video to share… maybe.

Once that nightmare was over, I got to get down to business and capture the handsome little man, Mr. D 🙂 Hope you enjoy this adorable little guy!
