Remember this little guy?!

He was my very first newborn session exactly one year ago….

Wow, has time flown by! Ryan is now an adorable and handsome little one year old, full of spunk and attitude, ready to conquer the world… or at least the neighborhood playground.

To celebrate his first year, we decided a messy cake smash was in order. When we planned this session, the weather was gorgeous, however the morning of the shoot, it was so windy and chilly. Ryan didn’t seem to mind though, I guess if a giant birthday cake was in front of me that I could dig my little hands into, I wouldn’t be thinking about the wind either. Except for the occasional shiver, Ryan tore through his cake and looked so handsome in his polka dot birthday tie!
